Job Title: Senior Solutions Architect & Security Consultant

About the Job:

Position Summary:
This is a senior-level position responsible for ensuring the confidentiality, availability, integrity and privacy of customers’ systems, applications and data. As a Senior Solutions Architect & Security Consultant you will be part of the RefineNetworks Professional Services team providing solutions to our customers including pre-sales, technical support, security assessments to customers, as well as technical implementation, analysis and troubleshooting of security-related technologies. This position will work closely with the client and RefineNetworks team to obtain requirements for the design, development, integration, and implementation of cutting edge collaboration solutions. The Senior Solution Architect & Security Consultant is responsible for problem identification, system architecture definition, hardware/software specification and/or design, implementation, testing, client training, and product deployment.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
• Architect and propose (i.e. presentations) business and security solutions, along with implementation of services, that meets the customers' business and technical needs
• Build in-depth knowledge of clients' technical priorities, challenges and initiatives - map those needs to RefineNetworks PS core offerings and competencies
• Ensure that proposed solutions, when implemented, meet the needs and functional requirements of the customer
• Perform and/or oversee installation and implementation of assigned products including coordination of vendor participation
• Assist account managers with solution validation, proposal generation, quoting and developing account strategies
• Identify gaps, strategic impacts, financial impacts and the risk profile in the technical solution or offering.
• Facilitate communication and work effectively with the other groups within REFINENETWORKS to accomplish division goals/objectives.
• Provide concise analysis reports and recommendations for clients in a timely manner.
• Develop programs/projects to productize services and offerings into the REFINENETWORKS business model, defining new operational programs and metrics as needed

Additional Job Responsibilities:
• Translate customer needs into functional design requirements, including mockups, uses cases, and briefings
• Perform security research regarding emerging threats, vulnerabilities, liabilities and other risks for ISMS customers in both standard and regulated industry environments.
• Willing to Travel, occasionally with short notice
• Other duties as requested.

Minimum Requirements:
Experience:
• 15 years proven success providing professional and technical services.
• 3+ years experience with deploying, securing, and customizing SharePoint site collections
• 2+ years experience with IT project or program management, including leading cross- functional teams and activities
• 2+ years experience with gathering client business, technical and functional requirements analysis
• 3+ years experience with Windows 2003 Server, Active Directory and Exchange Server.
• Strong knowledge and experience of organizational policies, business requirements regarding Information Security, contractual issues, and regulations related to information security.
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint Security Model, Events, Alerts, and Workflows
• Experience with leading large team collaboration efforts
• Experience with Web Front End servers, Index servers, Search Servers, Central Administrator servers, and SQL Server instances

• Able to work independently and in a team environment
• Able to convey technical information to non-technical individuals
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; with the ability to interface and communicate at the executive level, i.e. CIO’s, CTO’s and Chief Architects

Job Title: IT Consultant, Systems/Network Engineer

Position Summary
We are currently looking for a talented, energetic IT Consultant, Systems/Network Engineer. This is a high visibility, mission-critical position within a fast-paced IT consulting company. A high degree of professionalism and an ability to manage multiple urgent tasks and represent the company in a professional manner is a must. Qualified candidates will be self-motivated to optimize client and internal systems and processes.

Functional Responsibilities
The IT Consultant, Systems/Network Engineer will focus on the following priorities:
• Meet with clients to determine requirements
•Work with clients to define the scope of a project
• Plan timescales and the resources needed
• Clarify a client's system specifications, understanding their work practices and the nature of their business
• Liaison with staff at all levels of a client organization
• Define software, hardware and network requirements
• Analyze IT requirements and giving independent and objective advice on the use of IT
• Ensure the security and operational effectiveness of systems and network elements effectively with non-technical staff in identifying and resolving issues and queries
• Troubleshoot server and desktop hardware, software, and networking problems
• Build, configure, and install desktop and server equipment
• Work with vendors to deliver pre-configured hardware configurations
• Install, configure, troubleshoot and recover Microsoft Server 2000/2003/3008 operating Systems
• Install, configure, troubleshoot and recover servers running Microsoft SQL Server 2000/2005/2008
• Ability to design and use Active Directories and comfortable with multi server environments
• Maintain current status of software, applying security hot fixes and system patches, backups, antivirus and spyware
• Schedule and maintain system backups and periodically test system restores
• Install, configure and maintain Cisco routers and switches
• Install, configure and maintain Cisco VPNs
• Maintain VoIP telephone systems
• Automate processes through scripting (Perl, VB, VBS, batch, power shell, etc.)

Primary Selection Criteria
• At least two years IT consulting experience
• At least five years experience in client-focused technical support/system admin positions
• Must have a valid TX driver license and reliable transportation
• Excellent customer relation, communication, rapid response, decision making and self-management skills are required

• 5 years minimum experience
• Current Certifications (Microsoft, Cisco etc.)
• Experience with Microsoft based platforms:
     - MS Windows Server 2000/2003/2008
     - MS SQL Server 2000/2005/2008
     - MS Exchange Server 2003/2007
• Experience with the installation/configuration of Cisco firewalls
• Experience with the installation/configuration of Cisco VPNs
• Experience with the installation/configuration of switches and printers
• Experience working on both servers and desktops
• Experience in scheduling processes and developing scripts to perform simple tasks

Education
An undergraduate degree (BS/BA) or equivalent work experience required

 


 

Job Title: Sales Executive

Primary Responsibilities:
• Generate new accounts, be responsible for sales of IT solutions and services, prepare proposals and contribute to market planning and present solutions to customers. You will also work closely with technical consultants to meet customer's requirements.
• Ensuring customer has the best solution for their current needs and identifying opportunities to provide even greater value through expanded engagements or new sales opportunities.
• Achieve monthly sales target given by the company
• Develop strong business relationships with customers to achieve high customer retention rate & recurring incomes

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Job Title: IT Executive

Primary Responsibilities:
• Provide onsite customer support hardware and software installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Attend customer calls and/or provide remote technical support assistance.
• To create documentation for projects
• To generate Standard Operating Procedures for projects.

Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in IT.
• At least one (1) year of working experience. However, fresh graduates with good knowledge of the above systems are encouraged to apply. Extensive in house training will be provided.
• Some basic knowledge in Computer Operating Systems and Office productivity software (MS Windows XP, MS Office), Microsoft Windows 2003 Server, Microsoft Exchange 2003 or Microsoft Small Business Server.
• Knowledge in desktop and notebook hardware fundamentals and hardware troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently.
